Welcome to my brand new blog. Professionally I am the Finance, Information and Technology gnome at The Cooperative Feeding Program in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Most folks know us as the county’s largest food pantry and community kitchen, which is true, but we do so much more than just hand out turkeys on Thanksgiving and pbjs to the homeless. Personally I have a thing for social justice, the environment and following the middle way. I live with my fantastic husband Ean, 2 scruffy mutts, a hermit cat and the more than occasional teenage/young adult tennis player (Ean’s a coach). I’ve ghost written for a few people, but this is the first time you’ll see anything under my own name -  a prospect that I find rather terrifying. It’s a bit of a work in progress, so I definitely welcome feedback.
